What data we collect
Name, company, role, work email and a description of the question — from the brief and the booking form. We don't ask for sensitive personal data.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a proposed method and hold an intro call. Data isn't used for marketing mailings without separate consent.
Respondent data
Interview recordings are stored for a limited period and accessible only to the project team. Respondents are anonymised in the report: role, industry, company size — no names.
Sharing with third parties
We don't pass data to third parties, other than the booking and video-call services needed for the meeting.
